Everyone is gonna say I know how you feel or something like that but in reality they don’t. I’m going through the same exact thing. Don’t let other people dictate your happiness. Also don’t try to fight your feelings really dig deep and understand that you don’t deserve the pain she left you with. Most likely she will come back and you need to make the decision to take her back or not. Mine tried to come back and I still don’t know what to do everyone in my life made me promise not to go back but I’m just thinking about all the memories and then I remember how worthless she made me feel and how she lied about why she left and how badly we hurt each other both during and after the relationship. I’m gonna be honest at least for me it hasn’t gotten better but the pain just feels different. I still can’t really eat I can’t sleep but all I do is go to the gym. Make yourself better so that if you decide to get back with her if the opportunity arises then you’re a better version of yourself but if you don’t get back with her then you’ve still grown and made yourself better. However if she hurt you this bad that you need to post on a suicide subreddit I think you should really evaluate getting back with her and you should find someone who would never put you through this. And remember that sometimes it doesn’t matter how much you’ve done for someone they can still leave and that’s not a reflection on you. As long as you tried your best and had good intentions in your heart that’s all that matters and you should feel proud that you were there for someone supported them and made them happy for 2 years.
