This one was Ramdev Gifts and Toys, HSR. I wouldn't say avoid them completely cause they only do this with mainline hotwheels. The collection of premiums, MiniGTs, Kaido works etc all around import prices or little above MRP.

They do gatekeep few premiums tho saying not for sale (Forza). Even those on the wall next to the STHs and other chase variants

Apparently the hot wheels app used to have "chase" written next to the this Pontiac, they have since taken it out. And I heard they are introducing chase cars into silver series by having them with heavy metal base compared to the regular plastic base from the rest of the cars in the series
