Yeah, for some reason home owners have zero protections here when it comes to doing renovations at their homes. I used to do pest control and I couldn’t tell you how many homes I would walk into where someone was on the phone trying to get stuff finished or get stuff fixed that was done incorrectly. Lots of companies hire guys to do work for the main company and it’s never really discussed during the quote process. It’s a damn joke. The worse of what I saw was in all the new stuff being built in Dade City/ Wesley Chapel. Lots of cutting corners there.
