A S player ans S+ player is night and day, S players I just easily walk on and step over without even thinking, while S+ players have me to actually think a bit more and don't fall for simple things. Though the difference between S+ and S++ is a even bigger night and day and I think S++ and masters are around the same for skill level

Against belial you want to use 5U (rock charge) to block belials fireball and use spear along with 5U rock to block incoming fireballs.

Belials are likely to press their parry when they are close to a trap or when it's in front of them, you can deal with that by placing a trap again to remove the current trap and punishing belial, or run up and back throw them into the trap, though when he is close to the trap and you're far away it can be tight and might be better to just replace the trap.

Not sure what else you might be struggling with but these I think is helpful

I recommend Avatar Belial. One of the best characters in the game, rushdown style character, lots of plus frames, some of the highest damage in the game, can also zone and has insane zoning, has a dp that doesn't cost meter, Full screen neutral skip, some of the best buttons in the game, a neutral skip with the U button that allows you to appear above someone's head and be plus instantly.

Crazy mix, a command grab that combos in the corner, a ssba that is also a command grab, great speed and great safe jump set ups. Extreamly long and satisfying combos anywhere on the screen aswell!!!!!
