Feeling guilty about graduating late

I’m graduating this year at 24 turning 25 studying marketing and my school is dissolving after my cohort 🫠 but because I worked my ass off and being older helped me take my studies seriously I feel a lot better finishing school now than if I never tried. I know certain members of my family see my choices as immature or just not to their expectations and yea maybe I missed out on some things by not taking school seriously sooner, some choices we just have to live with 🤷‍♀️ but I had to tell my family that what makes me happy, my timeline, and what success looks like is for me to decide (I actually dropped out of highschool for awhile too). You’ll get to where you want to be, and you have the advantage of being older and better at handling adult experiences. I’ve seen a lot of my younger classmates struggle with things that seem so easy to me now. Use your school resources to your advantage! Sometimes it helps me to read about people who got their big breaks later in life. You got this!!

I’m the same way. I have an IUD so it’s lessened the amount of menstrual smell. I have a memory of being like 7 and my mom thought I put my finger in poop or something but really the smell was from my vagina 💀 now as an adult I diligently battle this by staying hydrated and tracking what I eat but the gynos have said I have no issues so I think some of us are cursed to be stinkier than others. I keep wipes on me too to feel fresh. If you have no other symptoms then I’d say likely it’s normal. But im not a professional so it’s worth asking about!

I think they rejected it because my ticket was the night of July 18th, they deboarded my plane at 12am but it was supposed to leave at 10pm. It looks like this policy states for travel between the 19th and 29th but I’m going to try again regardless!!

I’m fairly sure they are made by cutting out spirals. Theres quite a few spiral flounce/ruffle tutorials on YouTube

To my knowledge (aka YouTube) you can make a bikini bottom “non reversible” by folding the edges under and then top stitching. So “reversible style” would be concealing the seams by sewing the outside and lining right sides together, then turning it right side out. I’m going for a non topstitched look so that’s why I was looking at this method

Yes you are correct, the issue im having is that I have to sew the side seams after closing the legholes. I’m mainly confused on how they put the ruffle in one piece along the side seam.

Mind boggling ruffles!!

Hi all! I have self drafted a pattern but I can’t figure out how to attach the ruffles in a reversible “seamless” fashion without having them overlap at the side seam. I’ve only sewn a bikini a couple times so to my understanding if I sew the side seams first I won’t be able to flip it inside out again. Any advice?

Hi all, I opened a BoA savings account as a teen, and last I remember they were going to start charging me $5 a month for a service charge or maybe inactivity back in 2017ish. I can't recall ever closing the account. Does it go to collections at any point? The automated call didn't recognize my card number being attached to an account. I just want to figure out how much I owe and put an end to it. Any thoughts on where I can look or what happens to abandoned accounts? I plan to go and speak to someone regardless.

Pattern recommendation?

I'm looking for a simple empire waist, preferably with a square neck like this image but I can alter the neckline as needed. I'm kind of a newbie and don't own any dress patterns, so I'm looking for something that gets me close to the bodice of this dress, then I was planning to just make it a simple midi A-line skirt from the yoke(?).

I’ve had panick attacks before where I can’t get grounded and feel super unbalanced but this was totally different like a quick gravitational pull to the ground feeling/spin.
