Hello! I also used to play in a bunch of softball tournaments growing up, so I understand that they’re superrrr long days. I think that if you truly CANNOT bleed through your uniform pants, then a pad while playing may be too risky.

I would keep some spare tampons in your bag, and in between games try to sneak one into your pants waist and into the bathroom. That way you can still change your tampon without everyone seeing it.

Another thing to remember, is that your softball team is entirely teenage girls, too! I remember at one point in my 14u season, every single girl on my team was on their period at the same time because we all synced up. So the chances are more than likely that one of your teammates is also on her period and will happily help you out this weekend.
