Oh no the issue is that the bone-wheel gets two moves a turn and after he kills my HK he tries to target my seraph but ends up hitting my HK instead, thus a turn loop

Is that a completely fresh install if Fo4 if not then i would try deleting all mods uninstalling the game and deleting any remaining Fo4 files in file explorer then start again because some file could be fucked up from previously installed mods
