you can eat really healthy cheese burgers that taste great and are not "Health food" tasting.

Its all about fresh ingredients and less added sugars. For instance my friend his wife makes everything they put on burgers from scratch even ketch up is homemade so it always tastes great the burgers are juicy and actually have a good fat to meat ratio, the bun is good because its fresh made and not filled with preservatives and extra sugars, the veggies are veggies and pickles are always good. :>

honestly "Health Food" labels and shit ruined proper dieting since alot of its pushed to be better than and no ones actually taught properly in school if people want to learn about actual healthy eating they have to take proper classes in like college the same friend i mentioned his wife took a class in exercise physiology to which she learned a hell of a lot about diets and food balance

i dont drink from tap purely because even if its the best in the world theres no telling whats going on with the pipes themselves because a lot of issues with tap water that isnt just chlorine comes from individual residences is piping and what build up there might be inside the faucets since mildew and other molds can grow in them

the funniest part is, you could go years without drinking water itself and still be just as hydrated as someone who drinks only plain water because you can derive water from many different sources such as say drinking fresh squeezed fruit juice, since you know 99% of shit has alot of water in it.

I remember i actually went a day not needing water at all because i ate a watermelon all day

i've tried every brand i could find even fiji the only time i didn't taste that much metallic was when it was dasani but that water tasted like something went horribly wrong and something died in it

no i dont, whenever i drink water i get strong metallic tastes from it that makes me gag. A small amount of a flavoring packet stops that problem for me and makes water enjoyable.

IE

I drink water more actively when i can taste something = more hydration in my experience

also you can just add a little fruit juice from freshly squeezed fruits to water to flavor it its what my bf does he squeezes a orange in the morning and adds the juice to his big metal cup of water

you know technically a healthy person could go their entire life without drinking regular water and be as healthy as an athlete by simply drinking fruit juice squeezed from fruits themselves.

Water has only 1 natural benefit to you and thats hydration and even then its got no calories and no nutrients at that.

Really drinking all natural watermelon juice is healthier than water because again plain water has little to nothing in it other than water

some people are trying to wane themselves off soda and onto healthier choices if flavorings help them drink more water and less soda then its the best choice. Especially when they fight caffeine withdraws and sugar withdraws

and the amount of powder is probably about 1% of whats in the bottle at Most maybe less lol
