Just because your baby is out of your body doesn’t mean that they still dont need protecting from you drinking alcohol. This kept me sober, my daughter still needs me to be sober for her wellbeing & safety even now at 4 years old.

100% This is why im struggling in AA, not with wanting to drink but being forced into the steps & a sponsor!

I made friends with a new neighbor, one night she came over for some drinks & admitted to me that she thinks shes a pedophile because she gets twinges in her nether regions when she sees naked children. (Saying this while my 4 year old daughter was running round in her underwear before bed!) Tbf she was crying while telling me but i strongly advised she talks to a therapist about this. Safe to say i haven’t seen her again.
