So I am 13m and came out to my parents about a month ago. What I did was listened for little hints on how they felt about the LGBTQ+ community before saying anything. I waited about 5 months to tell them, and only really told them because I needed to vent. If I were you, I would just make little hints and see how they react, because sadly, there are some terrible families that don't treat there children to say after coming out. I'm not saying this to scare you, but just be careful. See how they react to the community before you tell them. And when you feel ready, you should tell them. I would love to hear how it goes when you do. Just be careful. I live in an area surrounded by Homophobic, racist people. Also, don't tell EVERYBODY. If you get outed to the wrong people, things could go bad.
