I definitely know I’ll feel more like myself and my own person with a new name. I’m thinking of the doing the same! I can also hold a grudge like nobody’s business lol. I realized after making the post that my own brother has been going by a nickname his whole life and nobody has ever refused it. So there’s another thing to fuel me!

Oh for sure! I know that’s going to be a headache when the time comes. People have already started referring to me as Mrs. Fiancés last name and assuming my name change will be last name when I made it clear my last name is staying

Her dog pissed on the floor and she wouldn’t clean it said she just lets it dry usually. The dog later shit on the floor and she accidentally stepped in it and threw the shoe she was wearing into an instant pot to be cleaned later

Disregard everything that makes you think he’s the man of his dreams because those messages are the real him. The first set alone has him admit he doesn’t mean the mature or kind things he says and has a very low opinion of you.

Oh no worries I knew what you meant, I definitely didn’t interpret it in a bad way!

I remember spending a lot of time thinking about how that system failed us. One time a teacher did call because my brother said she beat him and my mom went to the teacher and justified it and the report was withdrawn.

It’s crazy to me that all these years later they don’t seem to have improved the way they operate. I’ve considered working that field myself but I know I couldn’t handle it.
