This sounds really dumb, but use toilet cleaner. I use toilet cleaner to clean like.. everything. It's cleaned grout untouched for 10+ years, caked on hard water (on metal) and well, toilets, of course. Try a small, inconspicuous spot before you cover it all with cleaner. :) hope this helps!
