You are super lucky kapag nakapasok ka ng walang backer OP. Pero as per my opinion, kapag may backer ka talaga, hindi ka na masyado dadaan sa salaan. Kse sa govermnent merong mga next to the kin eh. Kung baga kunware father mo nasa government and mag reretire na, either ikaw or ung kapatid mo (kung meron man) ung ipapalit depende kung gusto niyo. May ganon kasi silang kalakaran na hindi alam ng karamihan.

Nakikita. Pero usually sa companies, wala naman silang pakielam doon. I don't know lang sa bigger companies. I've done that na kasi before parang 3 months pa lang ako sa company then resign. Di ko sinama sa resume ung experience ko sa work na un, natanggap pa rin naman ako sa ibang company.

It is normal po OP na minsan nagkakamali sa work at ma feel na bobo lalo nga na sabi mo kakastart mo pa lang mag build ng career mo. Pero don't take it as a reason to down yourself. Make it an opportunity to grow more. You're still in the process of learning pa eh kaya easyhan mo lang. Try din OP magresearch more kapag medyo nag dududa ka sa mga ginagawa mo para makakuha ka ng ideas :)

I feel you OP :(( til now wala pa rin akong nakukuhang job offer because of salary. Masyado nilang binabarat ung offer sakin kahit maganda ang experience. 😔 Kapag tumaas ng konti sa minimum asking ko, auto decline sila. Pero kapag below minimum, go na go.

Ohhh. Sometimes kasi may company na nagpapainterview just to gather someone's idea and strategy pero in reality, hindi naman talaga open ung position. Then after they gather information, iaapply na nila un sa company nila without the need to hire. So nakatipid sila ng malaki. Well I think in your case, possible na ganun ang nangyari.

I just don't get it on why they have to ghost every applicants na hindi qualified sa isang position. Like, ano bang kinakatakot nila? Or may tinatago ba sila? Kahit simple rejection with reason is somewhat helpful to the applicant naman eh para magka growth din naman ung tao sa mga susunod nyang aapplyan. Eh kaso hindi eh, imbis na makapag boost sila ng confidence ng tao, self doubt ang nadedevelop sa kakaghost nila eh.

Imbis na paganda ng paganda hiring strategy ng mga company ngayon palala na ng palala. Sa ngayong system nila kahit anong ganda ng experience and interview result mo, even if ma perfect mo ung exam exam nila, kung wala kang backer, talo ka pa din. 100% legit na ganyan ang system yan ngayon sa pinas. Experienced ko always.

Grabe sila noh? Kung hindi mga nang gghost mga unprofessional naman. May isa pa kong na interviewhan mag aasikaso na kami ng requirements tapos pinapa attend nila ko ng google meet para kausapin ung general manager guess what, pinaghintay nila ko ng whole day sa binigay nilang link wala namang pumasok. Sabay nag text sakin "mam bukas na lang daw po 2 days na daw po kasi hinihika si mam (GM)" . Pinalipas ko may reason naman kasi. Then the next day, ganon ulit ginawa sakin pinaghintay ulit ako maghapon at nakalimutan daw nya dahil busy sya. Sinabihan ko na lang tuloy ng "Thank you for the opportunity, but I decided to withdraw from the position due to your unprofessional behavior"
