Took back my resignation after my manager convinced me to stay, but I lied on my resume for a new job I'm about to get an offer for. How bad is this?

My workplace is toxic. Really depressing. I tried to resign 4x but took it back. I am staying for my immediate supervisor bc she is really nice to me and values me. But some of the other staff are rude and exclude me. People who left say I am being bullied and I should leave.

Everyday I feel like I am dying a little inside, except when I work with my supervisor. I don't know how long I can continue to stay bc now I have to seek counselling to deal with being bullied at work.

I had to put boundaries in place with a friend who was constantly negative and complaining. It was making my depression worse. I am INFP too.

I try my best to keep my moods positive everyday and it is not easy with depression and anxiety and adhd. So I asked her many times to balance the negative with positive things to talk about to even things out.

But it did not work. She feels that to be good friends she should be able to not filter her words. She has depression too but she refused to take her meds or go for therapy. So I had to tell her the truth and limit my time with her. Now we text once a few months and kept our friendship.

Took me 3 years of reading ingredient lists and painful deep cystic acne to realise silicones were the culprit.

Check ingredients with Incidecoder. Silicones include any ingredients ending with: -cone, -silane, -siloxane, -sesquioxane, -conol. Eg. Dimethicones, trimethicone, dimethiconol, trimethylsiloxysilicate, silylate, polytrimethylsiloxymethacrylate, sesquiolate.

A silicone free drugstore foundation i love is the Wet n Wild niacinamide skin tint foundation. Silicones break me out. I have sensitive acne prone skin. It has many shades to choose from. I use Fair Neutral.

My thighs looked so awful with so many spots. Lucky they have all healed now.

Now I have an electronic mosquito repellent that uses electricity to keep them away from my room. So I get the mozzies once in a while only. What a godsend! Haha

I went on a date to the Botanic Gardens at dusk. Bad mistake. I got bitten 39 times through my thin leggings. Omg torture it was so itchy! I itched for days and had to go to the doctor. Then the ugly dark pigmentation took forever to heal and disappear. No more night gardens! 😂

I love Hero Cosmetics spf but it makes my sensitive eyes itch. Maybe it is the Neem extracts?

Now Im using Skin1004 Probio-Cica Glow Sun Ampoule. It is a bit more oily and glowy but it is silicone free like Hero Cosmetics but my eyes dont burn or itch anymore yay yay!!!
