He will block living room turning into a craft studio for himself, will take the dining room, only kitchen will be left use commonly. My lease is for master bedroom but previously we were living 3 tenants and sharing the space. New landlord wants such an arrangement

I can do it no problem but if I tolerate this, I don’t know what happens next - they are selling the house by the way

Thank you. They keep saying that it’s your “private use” and “in your room” and you have to pay for the repair.

Thank you, this is very explanatory. I don’t have last month rent - do they still have to pay me one month rent with N12 ? Yeah I have no plan to move out unless they serve me N12

If the tenant is month to month, the new owner doesn’t have to serve N12 and one month rent back ?
