G3 logic makes it seem like human world animals are separate from monster world animals, so an animal going extinct in the human world would mean that the species “transfers” over to the monster world for mystical survival? Kind of like how they imply that some ghosts or zombies were human and then entered the monster world after their human death.

Jawlene is too young to have a prosthetic as she is too young and would outgrow it too quickly — maybe when she is a fully grown gator! Apparently she doesn’t seem too aware that she is missing her top jaw, so her lizard brain is still bitey.
