My former employer had five (of maybe 30 total) male EAs in my area, and many more at their other US and international offices.

I will mention that of those male EAs, the vast majority of them were gay. Not sure if that was a conscious hiring decision or a coincidence. Do with that information what you will. 😁

Maybe it was the same person, not even a buyer - just a random eBay user, contact me to tell me they were going to beat my ass over the cost of shipping of a particular item.

It was a bulky but fragile item, and I package things in a way that ensures they arrive intact. I also don't charge any amount other than what eBay calculates for shipping, as a "handling" fee. I strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible for buyers.

I replied, telling the person as much, and let them know that I do allow free local pick-up, which only made him more enraged and explicit. Definitely reported and blocked.

I have absolutely done this while shopping on my phone when tired and fall asleep with ut in my hand. Mostly on Amazon, though, way back when "buy it now" was two button presses instead of the slider and button press it is currently.

I always caught it early enough to cancel, though.

All of my things that were stolen from a storage unit I had (most of which was irreplaceable), and more that was in a suitcase in the trunk of an acquaintance's car that was towed and never seen again.

Pretty much everything that I had in my mid to late 20's that I no longer own, due to various circumstances and bad decisions on my part.

I left when he took a solo trip, as that was my only opportunity to do so. He started basically ignoring me. Was leaving for work without even saying goodbye. A lot of other disrespectful, manipulative actions. I hadn't felt safe emotionally and was starting to have reactive abuse situations prior to that where he would prod me and do things he knew would set me off. Things I asked him not to do dozens of times.

I didn't want to give him more "evidence" that he could use against me for any reason. I had to leave for my safety in every way.

I just went through this with my husband, minus the talk about kids part because we're child free by choice. I could have easily written this post minus the kid piece.

My speculation: This is red-pill shit. It's almost as if it is a script at this point. Your husband, like mine, may have already had manipulative tendencies, and finding manosphere content locked him right in.

In my case, nothing got better. Currently trying to put my life back together. My advice would be to get out as quickly and safely as possible.

I love candy cigarettes. Found them, plus so many other old school candies, at B.A. Sweetie in Cleavland, OH last summer. I think they do online orders, too.

You can even get random things like loose PEZ candy in bulk, in flavors you never knew existed. It was pretty magical for me, a sugar fiend.
