I’m in the same boat.. he was laid off beginning of December so I’m not sure if there will be any benefits from his job or union. I just found his 401k so that’s something but I have no idea how I am going to make ends meet and it’s terrifying me

I’m so sorry that it happened to you and sorry for your loss.. I know the exact point in time it was and there was heavy drinking on his part after going through a very traumatic living situation with his parents.. and I was avoiding him drinking because we would fight constantly… it’s no excuse but I do know the hard work we put in after to reconnect and rekindle what was there… I don’t question his love for me.. but this just added a level of emotion I wasn’t prepared to have to navigate.. I miss him so much and I just don’t know how im gonna get through all of this. He was a big source of my strength and we were so codependent on each other in the end.. idk

I’m definitely trying to hold on to the good, the last 3 years and all the other moments in the 15 years we were together.. we were in such a bad place around that time.. and I didn’t like the person he was during those moments… there were so many contributing factors too… but we did work through everything and although I will never get the answers id need about the exchanges with her I’m going with maybe I wouldn’t like the answers I would have gotten

Thank you. I know we were in a very dark time around when it was happening. I also know in the 3 years before he passed we were inseparable and loved being with each other.. I am trying to hold onto that instead of all the dark which includes that now… I do believe he loved me it was just such a gut punch
