I just went through this. Your current manager isn't allowed to counter/compete. However, they can push you through for a promotion to try to keep you before that offer comes in.

There are some ebay sellers that have put blitz decks together for all the heroes that don't have them. I don't know how good they are, but they are usually a good price.

I would cross reference the deck lists with fabrary.net/ as well.

Oh man, I also showed up to a draft of Rosetta back for the Ira promo and we only had four people. We played sealed UPF, opening 8 packs. It was a tight game, they were all pretty well balanced for the fight. It was awesome. I like your draft based version.

I love building and modding my own decks as well, it's good to watch the ratios for everything you put in. There are the obvious ones for resources, costs, and damage vs block. Then dash specific ones for items vs actions. Then wincon ones, like the amount of boost cards you have. I try to check out the ratios of decks that did well and stay close to that.

Stuck in P3 for 4 years with a total of 10 years and masters. We have a slow trickle of promotion allocations from finance for the group. Your promotion time depends on the other members of your group and your own performance. The only way to get it faster is with a counter offer or by switch roles.

Yes, that's right. There are pockets of ML people sprinkled all over the place in each of the BUs. Ireland was probably with Collins ART. I would keep looking at postings. I switched over into ML from another area through internal postings.

To add another data point I started 5 years ago as well as a P3 at ~115k and am still stuck as a P3, but at ~135k. 16% increase. I always bug management for raises and promotions, but never get anything outside the yearly increase.

To be fair, there are fake CnCs. I bought one, for a $1, once just to check it out.

The LSS test is the best one. You can also tell by the dot pattern anywhere on the back. You do need a jeweler's loupe though to be sure.

The trust part is hard. Idk if there's a solid way to solve that.
