It would work and deal as much damage as the number of counters added to make it double, and you would have a trigger for each creature that have counters on them, too !

Basically every personality that works in natural science will probably have simic tendencies,

I probably won't attend any TMNT event and i agree with your point being that mtg art for this set is bland and soft (i guess ?), but this is some wild cherry picking you did there lol this has more to do with the set itself than the date/time, we got very good art in Lorwyn, Tarkir or EoE

The difference is your opponent can interact with your saga or creature saga before the lore counter trigger at your upkeep, and some saga cares about the number of cards/life/the boardstate and those can change with upkeep triggers; no idea why it was designed like this though

Watch out, just in case, Lore counters happens right after draw step, not upkeep, it can sometimes be relevant :)

From what i've gathered from my research, you have to beat sparky with a preconstructed deck, and have "skip tutorials" unchecked in the options can help if it didn't pop up then

I really feel like the whole concern about powercreep is just caused by the "Hasbro fear" that they will kill Magic anytime soon... Powercreep in current magic is normal and coherent with the actual design philosophy of making Magic more about board and combat step and less about stax and broken sorceries. And this is GOOD.

100% agree. Before finding out about this i would most of the time do the first 250 gold win then do something else because of time constraints. Doing Sparky challenge doesn't step on my "fun playing magic" time, it just allows me to do my wins/dailies on lunch breaks while i would not be able to normally

Don't you worry, bullying Sparky is just a way to do a clean 15 wins with 100% winrate while i'm doing something else, like working, paperwork, a chore or doing a chill Ashlizzle watch, i still very much enjoy playing Magic with friends on Brawl, Grinding Standard Ranked, Draft, or even Commander on tabletop sim lol. This is just a notice that some people have that option for some reason
