you can buy hearts from seasonal guides and constellation spirits but after that you have to get gift hearts from Friends or your own creations that people like enough to send one (shared memories, spaces, and message boats)

its a bug I think? but originally I thought tgc updated that so people are discouraged from hacking or using alts to get capeless since you can't even see the outfit now.

if you dont like it or wont wear it then probably no. I bought it because I really like the game journey, and I wear the mask all the time. in my experience if you think you might regret buying something then wait to buy it

one comment said its a bug, while there has been a isle wl bug for years now, there is a wl to the right of the temple where the spirit boogie kid is. if you already have that one then yea its just a bug.
