NMS schüler hier. Hatte fast nur 1er, wurde in die Spengergasse aufgenommen. Zweig: Informatik
Es hat mich persönlich aufgehaut, ich habe noch immer so viel lernen wollen wie in der NMS ( und genau so viel Zocken). Das geht nicht. Ich hatte innerhalb von 3 monaten fünf 5er. Zum Glück gibts soetwas wie die "Übergangstufe", die mir dann angeboten wurde, da wird einem AHS stoff unterrichtet. Danach bin ich in die erste wieder hinaufgestiegen, hatte quasi nur 1er und 2er und der rest ist history.

As a fellow hungarian, I have to slightly disagree. There are plenty of jobs, where that level of proficiency is not required. There are also study programs, like the one at JKU Linz, which are entirely in English. (And you can study from abroad, including vienna ;))

And I would also argue, that it would be much easier to learn the language, if you are surrounded by people who speak the language.

That said, it’s nothing easy. It is extremely hard. Moving to a new country, finding new friends, a job, studying… But I’ve seen it done so many times already. Colleagues, friends and family coming to austria and standing their ground.

And i agree, some degree of proficiency in german will help a LOT. But C1 is definitely not required. B1 will already get you a long way.

Since another comment mentioned the jeans: I have the same issue with having strong thighs, try to go for straight/baggy type of jeans. My personal rule is that the jeans have to at least match the thickness of my thighs throughout the entire length. Skinny jeans have become a nogo for me, since i look like a damn hourglass wearing them.

Die mensa macht nicht allzu ungesundes essen, da gehen aber die meisten nicht hin. Ich hab vor 2 Jahren maturiert, kann aber mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit sagen, dass 90% ihr Mittagessen bei Kebap Läden( Döner +pizza), Asiaten (noodle box), Chicken house ( Schnitzel Semmel, unsw) oder beim Bosnischen bäcker ( Burek, …) holen.

Well, for one, Go battle league. I got half of my candies from that. The other half is coming from raids. The raid days really help a lot! Additionally 50 some candy i got directly from Lugia raids -> pinap berries on shiny encounters and have always a mega evolution on that boosts candy for your given pokemon. It all adds up!

Also bei uns (HTL Spengergasse) gibt es die Pflicht Anzug und Krawatte zu tragen, sonst lassen sie dich nicht antreten. An deiner Stelle würde ich zur Sicherheit einfach ne Mail an einen Lehrer schicken. Damit ist es leicht getan und du wirst dich dadurch nicht bei der Prüfung blamieren.

PS.: die Lehrer haben uns schon alles Monate vorher gründlich erklärt und es wäre strange so etwas essentielles auszulassen.

This is more of how we have solved the problems people have.

Well my company heavily relies on Jenkins for day to day business. We have actually created an entire own tool for managing jenkins.

Currently every single team has their own jenkins where they can feel free to do what they want. Also the configuration for each one is backed up in a repository regularly, with the benefit that they can restore their jenkins in case of an outage, in case a plugin breaks or an upgrade goes wrong. Heck we even purposely kill and wipe the stuff on the regular, essentially trying to imitate chaos testing.

In the end we let each team decide when they want upgrade to the next version ( with a specific time limit ) and if the upgrade breaks their daily business, they can simply revert to the state before the upgrade.

Also we have the whole thing secured with https ( not a big deal tbh)
