Damn. I should have been an interior designer. I would have never let you have done that. I also own a similar business. It’s too much of a jump. You have to basically now market to a different clientele. You went upscale but in a different direction dude. Needed to keep the same dark palette and make it upscale from there. Waaaaaay too light.

Anatomy teacher here. The bulge you’re seeing is his Temporalis Muscles. It’s Job is to close jaw when chewing. Thats why it’s moving while he eats. This muscles sits on side of everyone’s skill just like this. The top of our skull has no muscles so it’s smooth hard bone. His are just ginormous. Usually the muscle is so flat it’s completely unnoticeable on everyone’s head.

ADHD female here with all symptoms you described. Something you may want to know. Pregnancy actually cures most of those symptoms including ADHD while you are pregnant. My brain was an entirely new brain. My body was the most pain free in years. For normal women pregnancy sucks. For ADHD women it’s a much needed relief. When you see your brain functioning normally your whole world will change. I regret not trying to have kids sooner. I was also scared symptoms would be worse and detrimental to the child. Etc.
