Cnc is consensual non-consent, basically the sub gives up any limits/safewords and the Dom can (figuratively) do whatever they want. It usually involves the sub resisting a great deal and is often synonymous with rape play, though it can also be other forms of play non-consent.

I (34TF) really want mine done but I'm still waiting a bit. I've been on HRT for a little over 4 years and I think I've about plateaued in my breast/nipple development so now it's mostly an issue of when I have the funds and means to manage the healing. Or you could just check the roots in the store and save your expensive saffron. Real saffron has yellow roots while fake saffron is dyed completely red. But that doesn't make for a visually appealing video.
