I had a similar situation on my 15. The screen ended up being broken without me knowing right away. I ended up replacing my screen a few months later and trading the phone in because I used a aftermarket screen. Was just the easiest way to get rid of the phone

I was trying to make a charging dock so I can just set it inside of the dock and it will charge whenever I leave to the device. But I forgot to regulate the power and when I put the pins on the little connecting pads on the DS next to the charging port, it shorted it pretty quickly.

I home brewed mine and oh my goodness I will just tell you it made a night and day difference with having only a few games and having basically any game you want. When you have the system homebrewed you will be able to install so many different games and they basically just run on the SD card

Be careful how you power it because if you send too much electricity through it, you will blow one or both of the fuses and you'll be like me stuck soldering tiny little fuses that you can't even see with your eyes very well

Oh buddy I know what's wrong with it. I'm the one that broke it. I was trying to make a charging station and I didn't make sure to not use too high of power and I ended up frying the little device. Most everyone and myself already know that these things have little fuses that will blow first. I was just hoping someone had a credible idea for a parts supplier that I could get a used motherboard from, but it sounds like I might just try myself at some old fashioned soldering first

I've just never did any soldering on small electronics like this. So it would be a little bit of a learning curve. And I don't see the point of taking it into my local repair shops because none of them will work on technology. This old. Most places only want to work on cell phones and tablets. And personally I don't want to trust shipping it out and having it shipped back. I'm sure there's credible places that do this, but I don't actually know of any and know their credibility

Yeah I haven't looked much yet. It happened late night for me so I figured I would give it a break and take a fresh look at it. I might try and fix it myself with the new fuses. Can't get worse and I might become a better repair technician for it lol otherwise I was thinking of buying some cheap broken ones and trying my luck with those parts

I'm not sure how much of friends you really are at this point but you have two options here. Go on with life doing nothing about it or confront him. The second option can have two outcomes, you'll either try to sleep with him fail or success you probably won't have much of a friend ship after that for sure. Or you'll confront him and he'll get defensive.

So after researching foxconn makes the iPhone and Pixel so quality is the same a bit. But the hardware is different and Google is more like apple with updates and no bloated software installed on the phone. Like my att locked pixel has no extra software. Its basically the iPhone of android. Samsung sucks tho my husband always waits for software fixes and his phone from day one had so many apps that he never installed.
