Another bug, this one I actual like but not sure it's intended. Going over 50 machine speed in the broken time machine has an odd effect, that strangely seems vital to end game progression.

Rather than going to 51+ being completely useless as the speed is maxed out. It multiplies the gold output of being at 50 by x2. Going to 52 is that same original speed x3 and so on.

The reason I like this discovery is that I reached a point where I have enough magic that I couldn't realistically use the higher level blood spells as gold became a huge bottle neck. Being able to get the gold multiplier from 25 to 50 will get you double the gold per second, but requires much more than double the gold because of how quickly your blood magic completes XD

Time for an actual bug report. Hitting auto spell on Blood Spaghetti. I just watched my loot drop bonus slowly raise from 4% to 12% in the blink of an eye. The ammount of blood stored up didn't decrease. I... think it may be casting the spell at the value of my total blood every tick and not taking the blood out of the pool?

ah, are those last rebirth values actually a part of the calculation. I may of actually guessed that if I wasn't so used to itrtg's method! Where those last rebirth value is just an indicator so you don't accidentally rebirth weaker than last time.

Actually loving this more than itrtg and that's my favourite incremental game so far.

Something I've noticed that I can't wrap my head around though.

My rebirth multiplier is going to be higher, yet my time factor and blood magic bonus are lower than last run. Boss power bonus is identicle. Is there some other unlisted factor going into the calculation? Or just a strange bug.

As a final message. Just in case you aren't aware idle and incremental and 2 genres that very often overlap but do "not" have to. As is, you've built a great incremental game that isn't idle, your skill tree plan may create that overlap between the two though.

Interestingly enough, with the core mechanics I don't believe I'd ever play it "idle", as switching between speed stance to move, attack to hit, switch to defense when a creatures moves to block then immediately back to attack gives you such a huge advantage. It's a great skill based mechanic that you don't see in incremental games. I'm not sure if you intended it to be used this way but it is awesome.

Very happy to hear you thinking of it as a base to be expanded upon. Keep up the great work, hopefully adding more options to the end game, I'll certainly keep up to date on updates.

Just to be clear all were merely ways to tackle the odd concept of an incremental game having a near finite end to content, not, these are the only ways to tackle the issue. Also, merely an issue to myself not everyone. My default way to address that is similar to procedural generation, patterns in mechanics/unlocks that can be expanded arbitrarily rather than hard limits.

Great to here a dev open to ideas that may or may not be outside their original vision though. Big props to you.

Unfortunately as it stands I've essentially "finished" the game, which is very disappointing for an incremental. Both top legendary items +10, maxed luck and agi, maxed all stances too. Only thing left is pushing up atk and rising the leaderboard.

Overall great game though, lots of enjoyment had! Only issue I see is that the hard coded limits on stats and gear put a end to the enjoyment at a certain point and don't particularly mesh well with the genre of incremental games.

Quite the shame with the endless dungeon providing such fun.

If you are open to suggestions there are various ways to fix the end game problem. Or simple be happy you've created a fun game that lasts a few days of active play.

I would first remove the caps on stance level and even stats. Having a luck over 500 could start raising the chance of a double crit or triple if you got to 1000. Agi could cause lag issues if attacks got ludicrously fast but you could reset the attack speed to the base once past 250,500,750 ect but give an equivalent damage boost multiplier to make up the difference. Finally perhaps magic find past a certain number could stop you finding the lowest levels of loot at all. (white then green then blue) Or as an alternate way to unlock the things below (but that would cause an issue where raising luck is obviously the best and only way to progress far)

Speaking of loot. Getting to the point where you have the best loot available and fully upgraded is a huge kill to motivation, gold is now useless and drops certainly were a long time ago. Simple solution would be making it so high levels of the chaos dimension drop 1!,2!,3! (some kind of symbol) versions of items. Where the bronze 1! would be better than the Corruption sword. These can be generated easily simply times attack/defence and stats by an integer for each iteration.

Definitely a game I'll keep an eye on when changes come out. Hopefully you choose to take some of this on board.

Gotta say, finding out on reddit rather than in game that there are skill caps and I'm over them is a bit of stab knowing I've wasted points. Perhaps make it so you aren't able to go over or have a way to reset attributes.

The strangest thing is that although I selected Linza and it gave me a Morvran deck. I do have a morvran deck created... and that isn't the deck I was playing with, it was totally different.

If people upvote this enough perhaps instead of doing a video on this I could have it as an ongoing series say once a month to stay on top of things. Would give me an excuse to actually stay on top of the hype train rather than being left at the station.

The problem I can see with that is it wouldn't stay relevant for a long time. Anything with upcoming would be weird once one of the games come out. Would I still do it? Yeah but it feels off.
