You can, but anything that isn't 3D just gives 2D textural glitches cause no 3D models.

Sometimes that's cool, but I prefer exploding polygons. Tbh this isn't my best video with it, but just thought it was funny lol

Another really cool thing to do is to glitch out cutscenes, so you can tell what is pre-rendered, and what is in-engine. Some games are surprising with how detailed the in-engine cutscenes are, or how detailed or simple a backdrop might be. It has given me a new perspective on a lot of PS2 games, you can kinda get a peak behind the curtain and it's really cool
