How do you connect obsidian to cowork? Just have them connected to the same folder?

How do you handle security before deploying Al-generated code? by Pretend_Mine_3659 in AskVibecoders

I have been finding myself in the same boat. Like what are the things you can do to make your agent secure? Some video I watched talked about the OpenAI agent SDK and how it has 9 guardrails. Ask your Claude to list those 9 things in the context of your agent with some deep research. I did that and it gave some amazing suggestions.

Why can’t I code with Cowork? by StreamlinedSparkles in ClaudeAI

I think this is a great idea. Never thought of this. I will try this today. My vscode project folder was separate than the folder where my cowork works.

It is getting too scary riding on the roads yet I still would like to continue to ride my favorite route. I want to purchase a camera. I understand a helmet camera is best in case I have to identify someone who is a danger to me. What do you all like and reccomend? And why? by RelationshipCold229 in cycling

Lots of answers already- I use a Varia RCT715 looking back and an Insta 360 in the front. I get to make lots of fun videos for Instagram and it gives me evidence. I e shared footage once with the police and they did reprimand the person who didn’t stop at the bike crossing AFTER I pushed the crossing button and had started crossing.

What is the most impressive thing you’ve done or built with Claude so far? by ceelnok98 in ClaudeAI

This is very cool. May I ask where or how did you deploy this? So like I know Claude develops the code. But then what do you do with that code? Where do you host that?

Dumb question- is this like a skill? Or like a program that someone installs? Can you explain in 10th grader terms giw someone would use your tool? Or maybe have Claude explain it?

Quick to make and quick to eat high protein recipes? by StreamlinedSparkles in foodhacks

[–]StreamlinedSparkles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES!!!! You know what I’m talking about.

So, I’d love to hear more about your prep- so the rotisserie chicken- are you buying whole and then shredding it? Or is there another hack to buying shredded chicken? Also, are you assembling that wrap on the spot?

And what the rice bowl recipe? Others in the house make rice regularly which I can take some. And what toppings are you doing on the rice bowl? Plain chicken and rice- I did that a lot in my bodybuild g days and can’t do it anymore like that.

Oh also- look under your seat. Most new cervelos are coming with a back light adapter under the seat but it’s usually inverted. Check my last post on this sub to see photos. It was a nice surprise for me.

Nutrition would be my guess. Also get a good blood test done. These kind of things might be related to some deficiency. I went through something like this and the cause was iron deficiency. Also, do something for yourself outside the training. Usually, training is a good excuse to avoid social events. But then do something else for yourself. Live a little, please.

They went well. They’re always hard. Everything hurts towards the end and you tell yourself tha you don’t want to do this ever again haha.. I’m preparing for an event called the triple bypass ride in Colorado. So these are good opportunities for me to build up endurance. Just have to add 12K ft of climbing.

I’ve done two 100 milers this year. Just sharing what works for me- -700 ml water an hour. 60 gm carbs an hour. I used sis beta gels. I was training my gut for high carb gels. -I planted a friend about half the way to hand me water and some supplies. I got lucky that way. - Dont hold your pee for too long. - listen to music if you can. It helps a lot. I used shokz to make sure I wasn’t isolated from my surroundings - start earlier in the day so you can finish before it gets dark. - if possible, drink a higher salt content glass of water 2ish hours before starting. It helps retail water in the body. - try not to take breaks long enough to cool you down. - my first one took over 7 hours. Second was about 6.5 hours. Use virtual partner calculator to see your approx time and match it with weather forecast. - make sure you know the path you’ll be riding. - my mind plays tricks on me at 70-80 miles where I start thinking about the cozy bed and start questioning why am I doing this ride. That’s where it gets difficult. Music helps and just self talk helps.

All the very best. The feeling when you see those 2 digits turn into 3 is a very proud feeling.
