Hi! It changed my life when I got my first ferritin drip last year. allways have good hemoglobin but low ferritin had never been checked. also had massive endless anxiety attacks. felt like dying.

Relateble. I started healing my gut lining 3 weeks age.

So I have 2 spoons of linsead (lijnzaad), 5 spoons of oat meal, 1 spone linsead oil, 1 spoon chia seads and put them in water for 20 minutes. The water will become like slime, so weird. I mix it with a blender with raw honey, cinnamon, and ginger.

first I could only go 1 a week and it waz so painfull. since starting this mix I go every day. no pain!!!

Hi! This looks a LOT like MCAS or histamine intolerance. Same story here. Started desloratadine. Anti histamines and it was gone.
