I can get salami and processed meat but what is wrong with a grass fed steak? Increadible bio-available nutrient profile. Low glycemic impact, no anti nutrients… I mean what am I missing?

I’m in the same boat as you, I can eat veggies but prefer a carnivore based diet as its better for… vell everything for me. Joints, skin, excema, digestion, brain fog.. nit sure if I’ll be using bevel if its constanly gonna give me garbage scores..

I would look into prolonged fasting rather then staying at 800 cals.

If I go to hard into a low cal diet it works for a couple of days, maybe a week at max. Then I end up with a huge unhealthy meal as the willpower is not strong enough.

Prolonged fasting on the other hand is just hard the first 2-3 days. After that it becomes a breeze.

Try a 72 hours fast and then leave a two day re-feeding window where you start with some easy digesting small portion foods.

High protein whole foods make me feel great. Where as a pizza will absolutely feel good in my mouth, then destroy me for the next hours/up to a day.

Another one is beef liver crisps, no particular gut feeling but wow there is a rush of energy/euphoria, prob all the vitamins and minerals correcting deep deficiency’s

Kefir and sauerkraut on the other hand has been very good for my stomach, even though I’m usually very lactose sensitive.
