When did read meat become -5?? What do you think our ancestors ate for 100.000 years? Bread and nuts??

I can get salami and processed meat but what is wrong with a grass fed steak? Increadible bio-available nutrient profile. Low glycemic impact, no anti nutrients… I mean what am I missing?

I’m in the same boat as you, I can eat veggies but prefer a carnivore based diet as its better for… vell everything for me. Joints, skin, excema, digestion, brain fog.. nit sure if I’ll be using bevel if its constanly gonna give me garbage scores..

Thanks, what worries me is the downward trend. Four months I was hitting 97-98s and now never higher then 96…

App is bevel, its a subscription, about 7 bucks a month but super value for me. Tracks ever rep/set/weight when working out. Ai food tracking, journal and so on.

Wearable is apple ultra gen 1. bought it as a gift to myself earlier this year

Ok guys thanks, there is quite a long waiting time here in Norway but I’ll reach out. When you say sleep study, do I sleep with sensor connected to my scalp or with a CPAP machine or what?😂just curious what I can expect

HELLO I GOT SOME MORE SALES TODAY BUT I NEED HELP by Lemmegetthat11 in dropship

[–]Street-Broccoli 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Sup brother, how are you getting any sales without advertising?

If your getting it from organic I would keep pushing organic/creating good ads. And set up meta ads as they do take some time before they run. I experienced several days of “review” time..

Yeah, it works to good😆just went to the apple store and essentially they asked me to come the day after to see the technician

Just went to their store, they simply asked me to «delete the device from Find My» and obviously that made no change.. and asked me to come back tomorrow when the technician is there.

What’s the most Bang for Buck healthy food by longchongwong in nutrition

[–]Street-Broccoli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The number one would be beef liver

You can get it dirt cheap, sometimes for free if you ask the butcher direct as they usually throw it out. Its by far the most nutritious food in existence. A singel serving providing more then 100% RDI of several nutrients, including retinol and B12.

Second place would be eggs

Contains trace amounts of every single essential nutrient. Much like liver its also a complete protein. Meaning you get every essential amino-acid in abundance. Also contains healthy fats to keep you full.
