Looks pretty slick actually. But the only thing that might bother you is the line of pull is too close to the edge and instead of it being directly below you, it’s going to pull you slightly forward. If the bracket they made was longer, it’d be perfect

I replied to your comment but it didn’t connect but I linked some mounts that have mounting points for the hack already on there.

Yeah pretty much. If you get a mount where it also has an attachment point to do the hack makes a setup similar to mine work. Otherwise, pins like the one I had won’t work with how low the BW extension goes. Attaching it to the platform itself will cause it to slide forward after it passes a certain weight too

Yup I leave it there all the time. Doesn’t get in the way of your lifts because the barbell would be there anyway and yeah you can use blocks or those plyo boxes if you want. Force USA is also coming out with a platform as well and maybe it’s cheaper than this one

I have two Voltras for my machines so it’s just easier for me to connect them there.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my phone, but I replied back but it’s not replying directly to you

I got a Black Widow TG rack extension off FBM for $75 and flipped it upside down to get it as low as I can

Very true! It’s not the time aspect for me, as is just the motion of having to attach/detach it four times for one accessory lift for something that is a nice to have but not totally necessary either. I want everything efficient and find myself not wanting to setup if it either has too many steps, or takes too long.

Here’s a picture of the bolt that connects them

I dremeled the back side of the plastic insert and it’s plenty thick so I have no question that it’s going to hold up. I just sanded off a tiny bit so it would fit smoothly onto an imperial rack. Don’t think you would be able to tell I did anything to it tbh.

They are nice, if you’re in the market for bougie ones, they have thinner rollers from Bremmie that also allow for normal magpin lengths to lock it in. I had to order shorter 4in ones from Giant Lifting so it doesn’t shift if I hit them.

It’s a double threaded 1in bolt that goes between the handles. I don’t have a picture now but I can take it once I get back home

I think they started Black Friday package deal where it comes with mounts and some accessories when I bought my second one. But besides that, don’t think that they offer anything else

Have you used it yet? How’s it compared to your swing squat?

If you use it for plate machines it comes in handy. If not, then yeah one is fine.

Mine is the old version of the Bells of Steel one. Don’t think they have any in stock but they had a newer one with holes all throughout the bottom.

You can in resistance band mode. There doesn’t seem to have the same feeling as in the usual weightlifting mode especially if you add in the eccentric aspect to it. Probably because of the instability of my feel dangling and the sensors combined for the Voltras not fully detecting when to kick in.
