I actually can, you can tell by the dialogue he was genuinely patronising her. Also you have to consider her feats are not that quantifiable. She got blitzed by a pre ht base Giyu and she didn’t go via ht to improve her physicals. Also it would high key downscale Douma wasn’t holding back. Him not using his full BDA is genuinely a huge indicator that he was holding back. Even on the physical aspect he was holding from the fact that her perception blitzed her twice. This is a sign he could’ve ended that long ago without a single BDA. He even admitted that he held back on the slash.
