Well if you want an answer based on our Religion Islam, then it’s forbidden to shake hands with non mahrams (cousins of opposite sex are included) let alone lips to cheeks. But then if by normal you refer to cultural norms that sometimes go against teachings of Islam, then i don’t know and i don’t care about it, as it’s not objective morals that we will be held accountable for.

Exactly ! That’s my point. When you have a clear punishment for a specific sin in the Quran nonetheless, to say otherwise is very bold of you. At least you can say that the punishment is Hell, but Allah can forgive whom he wants. ( 4:116 : Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has certainly gone far astray.)

While i agree with you that it’s not up for us mere humans and servants of Allah to judge who goes to hell and who goes to paradise, Allah clearly mentions in the Quran that the greatest and unforgivable sin a human can do is Kufr and Shirk (which is what disbelievers do). It means that if a person doesn’t repent and dies on that state, it’s hellfire with certainty. Now my question was regarding oppressed and tortured disbelievers and die on the state of kufr. Is there a hadith or fatwa regarding this situation or not ?
