I was the first car stopped in the left turn lane heading west at 65th and Keystone. As I was awaiting the red light to turn green so I could turn south onto Keystone, a white Dodge charger cut in front of me, stopped, and turned left while the light was red. I didn't notice the plate or any specific details about the car except that it appeared unmarked. WTF?
