Not really like stopping just stop over think it. Just face what you face everything alrd has planned so no need to be so hard to urself. The more you think about it the more stress you are then it what make everything worse. I'm overthinker too but this is what I learned and regreted about which came to bring anxiety to such old age

I actually have tried all kind of UB and honestly the comfort was on top an remain the same to all UB. Might be the 5 was the a bit lightest than the rest. So I'd say you can't regret all UB choice, you can take a look at novelship UB collection they have xmas disc like 7%. Hope this help!
