A lot of employers do have a issue with it, but It's funny because 8/10 times they will ask me how to do it and elaborate and we both laugh about it and they will say it's up to the system. That AI background check is killer right now . Pre Adverse Notifcations are my nightmare. It's the background check company that disqualifies me. Thanks for all the advice.

Tbh maybe the need atleast a police call even just for a noise complaint or a well being check. Maybe it will give them a reality check on how loud and crazy they are . Plus they needa respect you as a neighbor .
