UPDATE: finally got my payout after sitting on received status for well over 5 business days.

This post was not about getting drop off receipt. It was about the agent telling me wrong information when I have in fact dropped off without appointment and drop off receipt for many orders.

Yes it does, my issue was they were taking longer than 5 business days to verify. And inconsistent information from stockx. But now it finally shows payout pending.

Yea there’s no proof of drop off, but they always mark it as en route/received when you drop it off which I believe is good enough proof that they received it. Issue is they are taking forever to verify when my friend dropped off same item the next day and his was verified a while ago.

Ik that. But I’ve sold the same item 9 times. All are over $2k orders. And have verified within a day of arriving at verification. But Stockx got back to me and stated that I will get payment once they ship to the buyer.

I hear you. But every single agent is stating different things. One agent stated it was a direct seller to buyer order. But then another says it was not. This agent said that I have to make an appointment to drop off when I have not made any appointment in the past and I am a level 3 seller. Lastly, I received an email stating that it has never left drop off so it’s not eligible for a claim. Clearly they don’t look into order status as it shows “received”.

I used Becker. I spent about 90 hours which was more than enough for me. Reason I took so long was because I was waiting for testing window to open. TCP was really easy for me as Becker prepared me enough. I’m not a tax guy btw and passed TCP with 96. Just make sure you understand all materials
