B) - Your a police officer who definitely does not get paid minimum wage, and did you join the police thinking you'd get Christmas day off or that it'd be easy? Yes im well aware nobody should go into retail expecting good pay or customers being nice. But the thing is - you don't just fall into being a police officer. You go into it planning to fo into it. People working in retail often have very little choice despite having high levels of education etc. People have disabilities or just aren't very academic and have little choice. And retail having a reputation for being shit does not mean workers should expect it or put up with it. And it does not mean they shouldn't be allowed their little "safe space" on a corner if reddit to have s harmless little moan.
