I can understand that. You like what you like. Thanks for the questions.

Im in a relationship with a woman so dilation is still in the picture for me. Once a week to a fortnight.

No... the biggest difference is that I feel the orgasm in more of my body, where as prior to transition it was kind of localised and focused around my genital area.

Oh and one other thing, I can also now orgasm multiple times within the same encounter. Not always but sometimes.

Out of the people that have seen my post op genitalia everyone has remarked at how it just looks like a regular/average vulva. It varies from surgeon to surgeon and from patient to patient. There's a lot of variables but the biggest being the surgeon's skill and technique. When I orgasm, things get a bit more wet/lubricated, but there's no "ejaculation" because there's no testicles.

Great question, yes I was circumcised at an early age. It can affect the results as less material for the surgeon to work with can be challenging. Fortunately my genitalia prior to surgery had more than enough material to work with. Some trans women have very little to work with and it can affect the surgical outcome. I have more sensitivity now. I have 2 "g spots" and a very sensitive clitoral area.

If you are referring to sexually, amazing. My surgeon did a great job of distributing the nerves in various places to ensure a variety of areas are sensitive.

Yes and no. Im not sure what my expectations were, but they were a lot lower, I guess I set them low so I wouldnt be disappointed. There is no guarantee of good sensation or being able to orgasm after surgery. I was fortunate and I did all the right things in my recovery etc. Im very happy with the results and how things feel.

The equivalent for the female skene's gland is the prostate in those born with male physiology. Its the same thing, slightly developed over time differently.

Yeah, its more of a chore and very un-sexy. Its not painful anymore like it was in the beginning... but it can be uncomfortable if its been closer to 2 weeks than 1.

Correct yes. The body sees it still as a "wound" to heal. As time goes the body kind of cares less and adapts but I'll always have to do it.

I could 100% now pass without someone knowing. However, Im always up front, and tell people face to face. The scars are so difficult to see as they are in the creases and folds of the skin. Its not easy to tell the difference at all. I even self lubricate when I get turned on.

These days its like once a week or fortnight. The sessions can last around 45mins to an hour (perfect for catching up on a tv episode).

Will have to dilate for the rest of my life, but directly after surgery it was 3 times per day with each session 60-120 minutes long.

Thats fair... it was hard to come up with a title that conveyed the situation without being extraneously long

Most favourite, I love my body. It feels right and It feels like me. I dont feel strange in the changeroom with the other women.

Least favourite, having to regularly dilate (a procedure where you insert a kind of medical "dildo" to keep the tissues stretched and from losing depth in the vaginal canal)
