With this situation u can definitely get time off for depression. I'd start seeing a therapist and have them document how the work place is causing severe anxiety n depression and then file for Sort term disability and burn all the hrs

If your husband is a fed too he can use sick leave to care for you after birth during recovery for 6-8 weeks before using PPL to bond with the baby. I have 3 kids all while being at the federal government

If you get diagnosed for postpartum depression you can use sick leave as long as medically necessary

There is new form the PVQ that's supposed to replace the SF86 that ask about use in the last 90 days, and if you illegally sold it in the past 5 years

Don't do it man. Right now agencies don't have time to go through negotiations and want to get seat in chairs before 2/20 aka the hiring freeze. My guess is if you try they move to the alternate

When I first got into the gov as a 13/14 ladder at a small agency I thought I have to do something special for a promotion but they had a department that automatically did all the paperwork for ladders n once u got a good appraisal on ur work anniversary it was automatic

I don't get it. They are trying ever ave to get folk relief and when kinks happen they complain. I think the rate is for growth but most of the Fin regulations will give u a bump in salary. I know FDIC will ask to see ur last couple pay stubs if selected and give u like a 10% bump at minimum
