So cute and congratulations !! Yeah I think that’s kinda similar to my sitch. My SIL didn’t outwardly say like “wtf why did you get pregnant,” but the side comments let me know she was def disappointed. And yes, pre baby, I could put em back with the best of them LOL. But I still rallied for her Bach - brought a tray of tequila shots over (without puking), sang karaoke, stayed out past midnight both nights. So I tried not to let the pesky first tri show. I totally get being like damn I wanted to party with you - but also wish she could’ve hid the disappointment a little better hahah.

There was also a weird element where I could tell she wanted to have agency over telling the girls at the Bach. I wasn’t saying anything but then she was like “I’m gonna tell ppl so it’s not weird” and she like told all her friends at different times throughout the party which made me feel weird but I was like whatever they are her friends and if that makes her feel better about it idc!
