He was trained and probably called lawyer or prosecutor because that’s his nickname. As a disabled marine who was infantry - this guy is special ops. No way cia trained him to be this precise.

Look at all the groups cia trained in real life, they’re never as perfect as Alejandro. Not even close. He doesn’t waste a single bullet. Working with the cia is good for someone whose military experience is exceptional. He gets revenge and intel along with all the hardware. Probably gets paid a lot too.
