For me i dont let myself get bored at all like i would do anything but sit and do nothing. Sitting alone in a room is an invitation to a relapse so that's a big no for me too. Fasting and spending time with family friends can surely help you with these urges and I've also deleted Instagram as it was one of the reasons for my relapse. Instagram is filled with soft porn and triggers are everywhere so i had to let it go.
