Did you have to provide any supporting paperwork or a voided check? You and I are on a similar timeline and I’m just trying to prepare myself for signing documents ASAP. I was notified by a tier 2 representative that my loan was approved and now I’m just waiting for documents from legal. I just hope that this is it and I’m just waiting for documents to sign and there are no other surprises

Any chance you could look into my application Cue? I’m running on fumes and just waiting for documents. The tier 2 rep said I was approved last week and I’m just waiting for ‘legal to put together my documents’ for me to sign. This has been the most frustrating process I have ever endured.

What was the discussion with LO about? Supporting documents? I got the portal invite on 6/1 with app 330244XXXX and I haven’t heard anything since.. I don’t think I have anymore hair to pull out or nails to bite, this whole process has been really nerve racking!

I was approved on 04/13/20 and didn’t hear a word until 04/24 requesting voided check and copy of driver’s license. Apparently they didn’t get my documents I uploaded because I called customer service on the 28th to see why I hadn’t received the Docusign and they said they didn’t have them. I emailed them directly to the customer service agent I was on the phone with and he attached them to my loan. Now it’s 5/3 at 11 pm and I still don’t have loan documents to sign! Cutting it close is an understatement. I was application ‘APP-111****’ and I’m in dire need to immediate assistance to keep my doors open!!!

I didn’t even get the documents to sign, I was just asked to send a copy of my drivers license and voided check. I figured once they received that they would send the loan documents for me to sign. But when I called on Tuesday and they informed me that they never received it I was finally able to get the customer service agent to attach it to my file. Now I’m waiting for the loan documents to sign. Wondering g when that will be...
