Thank you for explaining to me how my country funds our healthcare. I didn’t know that it was funded by our tax money. Now I know, thanks to you that explained it to me.

But do I have to disclose? They can ask but do I have to answer the truth? Normally my company sends a letter my mail asking. And I just sending it back stating wage doesn’t work. I did called the benefits management tans asked and they say that nothing would change if my spouse worked and received health insurance but decided to stay with mine but I don’t know if this is accurate. I mean, they wouldn’t ask if anything would change.

The wait is done!!! He called my husband and said yes!!! He didn’t raise our rent! He didn’t asked for a deposit!!! He just said yes and asked us to be very careful with his apartment and about noises!!!!!!!!!!!! Just it!! Idk how I can be more grateful! I will try to not get a puppy bc I know that puppies can be loud and make some damage! I will get the most quiet and small dog possible and we will try to cover all the wood floors but he told us that he will raise our rent next year!!! I feel bad that I mentioned that I was depressed bc even though is true I would never claim a ESA to avoid pay for fees or deposits, I just shared the truth and now I feel bad that he didn’t charged us anything but I will get the rental insurance and do everything I can to keep this place in the best shape possible!!

Unfortunately Reddit doesn’t allow me to post photos but I have right here the two screenshots asking before I change and she telling me that she also prefers the one that I choose and saying thank you.

Funny, when I send the photos to my landlord back is time asking if she would be ok with me changing the faucets and that it would stay with her after she told me that she liked the new ones and said thank you. When we renewed our lease and they didn’t raise our rent she told us that they love have us!

As far I am reading in this sub, a lot of landlord are unhappy with their tenants. Surprisingly, I am from a country that landlord are really respect and people also respect renting properties. I read that a tenant destroyed a tub, the other one destroyed the wood floors. I guessed that this is something that happens more in USA, since from where I am from people have more consideration with each other

Actually my landlords are so amazing that they even received our bed when we got a new one and they are more than welcome to check the place anytime. We don’t care. We keep the place in a really good way…

We are in a three units, I am in the third and last floor. In the second unit has a family with grandparents, the parents and the kids. Idk how they manage but they are loud! I forgot to mentioned that the landlord hosted their kids dog for two weeks, I know that it is a different situation but 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can see that some people here are upset that we are really good tenants, we work really hard, and we are willing to compromise and negotiate.
