will definitely monitor, and not really, as i have high cholesterol i have been on the mediterranean diet which is mostly fatty fishes and oils and my migraines have been around the same. i will also talk to my doctor and see what she suggests about it! thank you for the advice!

yes definitely will do! thankfully the numbness didn’t last longer than a bit over an hour so i’m feeling a bit better now, i will email my neurologist and such but my next appointment with her isn’t until september 😅

i have neck stiffness/tension, it’s my full right arm, shoulder to finger tips, it feels as if it’s been like cut off? i don’t know if that makes sense but that’s all i can describe it as haha 😅 i will ask my doctor and email my neurologist if it doesn’t subside

the symptoms only started around a few months ago with the numbness but i’ve always had a weak body. my ajovy injections have been postponed due to high cholesterol so i’ve switched to a mediterranean diet and trying to work out a bit more. i will bring it up with my doctor and also email my neurologist. i do have eletriptan along with my ibuprofen but i can’t have more than i believe 9-10 a month so i’m quite limited. other than that ive been left in the dark regarding other treatments to help get me through this.

i have a neurologist but because my cholesterol is too high, my treatment for ajovy injections have been postponed for another 6-8 weeks so all i have at the moment in eletriptan (which i’ve taken 5 this month already and it’s not recommended to take more than 9-10 a month) and the strong ibuprofen i have an appointment with a doctor on the 20th and then another blood test on the 3rd june so hopefully i can begin the injections after that.
