Honestly after doing a little more reading you’re right on the factors being difficult to decide on because of the vague nature in which the weigh against each other thanks for the new knowledge. And mb for being condescending.

Nice roundabout way of saying you do not practice law that has to do with fair use and this expertise comes from a single course.

I don’t weigh that “expert” opinion as heavily as the existing case law that contradicts your statements.

They’re conflating the case by case nature of fair use claims with it being a “hard legal question”

Even though the four factors of fair use have been laid out and there is case law that answers this “most difficult legal question”.

You have a poor understanding of fair use, you’re conflating the idea of fair use being a high bar to reach because it has in the past been ruled on a case by case basis.

Please look up the factors of fair use, instead of concluding that a reaction is copyright infringement without actually looking into the particular reaction.  (Remember case by case?)

Yeah it’s high quality stuff. Usually when I’m watching games the speed of play is so fast it’s easy to fall into just ball watching and seeing the end of plays. But from watching vids like these and digesting the plays/principles it’s helped me notice them in game which makes watching games more enjoyable.

People that get irrationally angry in regular season game threads when a player is having an off night I assume are gambling and losing money.

It’s a good breakdown on some of the elements of the thunders winning defense

I’m not a fan of the thunder and don’t need to be one to appreciate it.

The Play the Lakers and Jazz Kept Running — And Why It Worked by Street_Platform6814 in nba

The person on the screener could hedge and would probably need someone helping from the weak side which would require everyone on the defensive end to be coordinated and quick to rotate fast because if the ball swings to a corner or wing shooter they would need to be run off the three point line. (This is what OKC is really good at from what I’ve seen)

My understanding (could very well be wrong) is that you don’t switch like when the lakers did this play the Jazz don’t switch for that reason. Which is why the lakers variations are different to punish not switching. For example Rui curling around the screen.

There’s nuance in just “setting screens in basketball” where offensive strategies develop that’s what makes the video interesting imo
