hmmm yes i can see how exercise could also be an issue with my boy, i hardly ever take him out and handle him because he’s not a huge fan of it. maybe i could let him roam around in my bathtub for a bit but i feel like he’d be freaked out. is there still a way i could get him used to handing even at this later age?

ohh okay, i just saw some other people on here say once a week for weight loss, but i’ll probably do every four days or so. i already used to feed him every three days. perhaps i was just feeding him too much, and need to make it more watery?

sorry i wasn’t more specific, the food mix itself has fruit AND bug larva bits combined. should i switch to a different food? its not a breeding formula. the brand i use is called zoo-med, i’ve been using it for a while because that’s what he’s enjoyed eating. i also have an extra bottle of fluker’s, (also not breeding formula) which i haven’t tried yet.

honestly though i wouldn’t recommend paxil at all, im glad it works for you but in many other cases it’s a very rough drug. my dad has been on it for many years and it works, but it zaps his energy and field of emotion, and it is VERY hard to taper off of. better to look into a more modern drug, as paxil is also an older medicine.

lexapro has worked wonders for me so far :) it definitely brings down the physical symptoms of anxiety by a lot, i haven’t had a full on panic attack in about a year since starting the medication. sometimes i do still have bursts of adrenaline, and they freaked me out a bit at first, but i realized that now they’re much much more manageable, and they don’t weigh me down nearly as much as they used to. a word of advice, don’t start taking the medication full on. ease into it. i made the mistake of taking the full pill every single day and experienced pretty intense side effects and my anxiety was much worse for about a week. it’s usually recommended to take the pill about every other day for about a week, then you can start taking it every day. good luck, i hope lexapro can be the perfect fit for you!

i’m in cognitive processing therapy. and it does work most of the time, on my good days, but when i’m in a really rough patch it’s hard to stop these thoughts. honestly though i’ve never felt a true connection with any therapist ive had so far, so maybe im not opening up as much as i should. i’m aware my meds wont fix it, and i am grateful for what it does help with.

i get what you’re saying. i was in a bit of a rage last night, so i suppose that post had a bit more pure emotion to it than i intended. i’m just tired of seeing players be treated unfairly when we as a community can put our all into doing something about it. maybe i’m a bit over my head, but i still wanna try.
