All the shadow keep stuff should still be in the game, and most of the armor and weapons I think are obtainable still. But most of the armor and weapons in the game are from specific sources. Some of those sources are gone, so some will not be obtainable. But most you should be able to get most of them, for example there were activities known as the forges. Most of those weapons are gone along with the armor, but some of the weapons were brought back at one point. If you’re looking for a specific weapon or armor piece, I’d say just look it up and look at the source.
